Project Overview

Provision of Project Management and Engineering services to design; provide construction supervision and commission a new feed regulating sump complete with rubber lined centrifugal slurry pump to pump sand/water slurry entering the sump from the client’s secondary vibrating screen to their recently commissioned sand plant.

Incorporated into the design of the sump was an overflow weir and launder for wasting of the slimes; anti-turbulence baffles and clean outs. The project also entailed the decommissioning of the client’s Sand Classification system complete with product conveyors and electrical power & control systems.
